To construct your user profile and fulfill your orders, we collect your:

• Email Address
• Delivery Address

Your data is collected strictly for profile construction and order delivery. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-Party Couriers: Delivery information is shared with The Courier Guy solely for shipping purposes. We are not responsible or liable for how third-party couriers store or handle your data beyond delivery fulfillment.

Payment Gateway (PayFast): Online payments are processed via PayFast. We do not transmit stored profile data to PayFast except essential cart information. Any data entered on the PayFast gateway is governed by PayFast's policies, and we are not liable for their data handling practices.

2. Shipping & Delivery Charges

Delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and items.

Orders are dispatched through The Courier Guy. Tracking updates will be sent to the email or phone number provided upon registration.

3. Stock Availability

By default, all products listed on our store are subject to stock availability.

In the event that an item is out of stock after your order is placed, you will be notified promptly with replacement options (products of equal value) or given the option to wait until stock is replenished.

4. 48-Hour Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations except in the case of defective or damaged products.

• Defective Claims: Must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with visual proof of defect.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are strictly available for products of equal or lesser value only.
• Exclusions: Failure or inability to properly use or apply a hair or cosmetic product does not qualify for a return or exchange.
